How we work, bill, and handle projects.
Policies & Terms
We work with two types of billing, depending on what kind of help you need. Some services are billed one time when the work is clearly defined and completed in a single flow. Other services use a quarterly subscription when the work benefits from ongoing design, iteration, and flexibility over time.
Every project comes with access to a private project space created specifically for you. This is where you can see the current status, key updates, important links, and overall progress in one clear place. Files, feedback, and communication stay organised so you are never chasing updates or switching between scattered tools.
We use Stripe for secure and reliable payments, making transactions simple and transparent. With every project we take on, a portion of what we earn is contributed to climate initiatives, supporting work that helps care for the planet alongside the products we design.
Subscriptions can be paused and resumed within the current billing cycle if timelines change. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month, and if a project completes before that date, no charge is made for the following cycle. - Know more
